Presidential contender Robert Kennedy Jr. commits to safeguarding the freedom of Americans to possess bitcoins

In the race for the White House, one candidate stands out for his enthusiastic backing of the original cryptocurrency, stating his commitment to preserving American citizens' liberty to own Bitcoin without hindrance.

Kennedy Jr. warmly welcomes contributions to his campaign made in cryptocurrency.

Viewing Bitcoin as the ultimate base currency, Kennedy praises its limited circulation of 21 million coins, attributing substantial value to it. In his eyes, this cryptocurrency can serve as a vehicle for economic betterment, even in the face of financial crises.

Kennedy Jr. has not held back in expressing his discontent with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for its perceived prejudice against digital currencies. The candidate pledged that, should he secure the presidency, he would appoint cryptocurrency-advocating officials to the SEC. In his opinion, the agency falls short in its efforts to define clear rules for crypto industry regulation.

Kennedy Jr. sees the premier cryptocurrency as an embodiment of democratic principles and vows to shield the rights of Bitcoin owners and miners if he is elected as the future U.S. president.
